(Efficiencies ,Studios & 1br moves) $120.00 per hour with a required minimum of three hours (Base Rate – $360 + $65.00 fuel and material’s charge =$425 -$50 coupon = $375.00 for the first three hours) This includes Truck, labor, fuel , materials (Shrink Wrap Moving Blankets Tape), minor furniture assembly and insurance.

If you have stairs with no elevator a one time $20.00 per flight stair charge may apply after the second flight of stairs . Anything over three hours will be prorated every 15 minutes until the job is done. Job starts at the time we get to your place and ends when we are finished with your move. No charge for travel to your move from the warehouse!!

All of the above quotes are for moves that are already packed by the customer. If you require packing services please let us know. Packing services often require significant additional time and we often like to pack on days before your move.

Packing & More: Packing is billed at the hourly 3 or 4 man rate plus any boxes and packing materials that we use. These materials are in addition to the moving blanket shrink wrap and tape charge that come with the regular move.

Short and Long term storage may be available, ask for details. Space is limited and is reserved on a first come-first serve basis.

Boxes: We don’t sell moving boxes. We recommend www.rentourboxes.com, an independent green company that can deliver rental boxes for your move for an additional charge. Please go to their website to schedule this service.

Availability is not guaranteed. Weekend dates and the beginning and end of the month usually fill up the fastest. Please have first second and third options in mind when you are considering your move. Our morning moves start at 9:00am and our afternoon jobs usually start at either 1:30 or 2:30 pm. We usually don’t like to start larger moves in the afternoon.
